Two New Games files by Microsoft for Trademark
It has been told my Microsoft previously that they will be announcing some new games in the future, but nothing has since been heard about those secretively unannounced games. However, the nothing is secret in the internet. News came out today that Microsoft has filed trademark registrations for two ‘game software.’
The names that Microsoft filed for trademark registration are new, unheard before, and very mystic. The first name filed is for ‘Tentacles: Enter the Mind’ and the second is for ‘Ori and the Blind Forest’. To speculate anything about these games from their names would be like shooting in the dark, except the fact that the name ‘Ori and the Black Forest’ seems like a fairytale.
Anyway, we will have to wait till more information comes to light or until Microsoft decides to announce the new games. The only thing that could be made out of this is that the titles look more like digital releases.
The developers in Microsoft revealed recently that the Lift London studio had these projects on their list of work in progress. It is also worth noting that recently Phil Spencer had verified that some exclusives, which are not announced will be out this year. If both the stories are related, we would probably be hearing about at least one of them pretty soon.
